This pot is perfectly made for cooking a roast or pork shoulder with your Sous Vide, it can cook all night without having to add water. The lid keeps evaporation under control while the ceramic walls hold in the heat for ultimate sous vide efficiency. I make these to order, so expect 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
