Tall Woodland Mug

These mugs were fun! First I throw a cylinder, cover it with slip and torch the outside. Then I push it out from the inside creating the cracked, bark like surface. I mixed a new glaze using red iron oxide specifically for this line, pretty excited to open the kiln this morning and see that it worked!
